Bella Lemos is the Associate Editor at Artisan Books, an imprint of Workman Publishing. She acquires books about food, drink, and lifestyle topics. In 2021 served as an elected member to Workman’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council. Her work as an editor includes recent titles such as The Hostess Handbook and Cook Color by Maria Zizka and A Field Guide to Tequila by Clayton Szczech. Her forthcoming list will feature topics ranging from chocolate to sake, regional cuisines from Greece to Brazil, and the food and wine of Sonoma County. Bella is an avid home baker and lives in the Bay Area.
