Joe Kwon is a touring member for the Concord, NC based band The Avett Brothers. During his time out on the road he’s frequently in your town somewhere across America and seeks out his favorite chefs and eats when he’s got a night off from playing cello. At home he’s a personal assistant and line cook to his baby girl (10 month old) Se Hwa.
