Carolyn Insley is an editor at Hardie Grant North America, an imprint of Hardie Grant Publishing. Before joining Hardie Grant Carolyn worked as a publicist for some of San Francisco’s top restaurants, bars, and food and drink brands. Between publicity and publishing, she also spent three years earning her stripes as a cook at Berkeley’s Standard Fare.
